Data deletionYou can request deletion of your KarmaVerse account and all associated personal data, including data received through any third-party login (such as Google or Facebook), at any time.How to request deletionEmail us from the address associated with your account:

Include the mobile number or email address you registered with, so we can locate your account

What we delete

Your account and profile details (name, email, mobile number, and any optional profile fields)

Pickup history, addresses, and location data associated with your account

Your KarmaCoins XP balance and transaction history

Any data received from third-party sign-in providers (such as your Google or Facebook profile information)

Timeline

We acknowledge deletion requests within 24 hours

Your data is permanently erased within 30 days of a verified request, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (such as transaction or fraud-dispute logs) for a limited period, after which they are deleted
